Unfortunately not. Never.
My working style is completely different from hers.
And i mean totally different.
For once, i like concrete plans. It's either YES or NO
and never see how or let me think about it.
To spearhead a project is not about bossing around
or simply writing an email to tell everyone what to do next.
We are no intern here except for one.
We are working adults with plenty of experience, some more than others.
