Same old shit

Well, nothing much pretty happened since the conversation.
She doesn't allow the big boss to sit in and threatened to not speak if he ever does.
Strange, she doesn't do much of the talking anyway so what difference does it make?

Again, I have additional role now just because something else is more important and they are VERY BUSY with that something else.
Yes, what I'm doing is never as important and as much.
Maybe it's time I come in at 10am, go for 2hrs lunches and leave at 6ish, clocking in less hours than I ought to. Too.

And ultimately, maybe it's really time for the 'next opportunity'.

I'm heard

OMG, 70% of whatever's been here was conveyed to my boss' boss today.
Well not the exact details because the big boss is a busy man remember but enough I think.
Feel so good to be heard.
I can't wait to see what's next.

Biased traits

1. Conference calls with US have always been as early as 8am (SIN) or latest 9am (SIN) but now it's at 10am! Just because someone comes in only at 10am....?

2. On Thursday, that same someone came in at 10am, returned from lunch at 230pm and left before 630pm. Wow, 5.5hrs of work and mostly spent on surfing net (I know because I peeped, ha) and guess what the boss said during next day's meeting? "I know you have A LOT to do." Yes, a lot of slacking to do. And why do we NOT hear that comment from you?! WTF.

3. There are supposed to be 2 interns for us and now, one of them is supposed to help him with web stuff. Great, another reason for him to slack more and better still, not turn up for work. We'll see.

My blood boils big time everytime I see the pest and witness the biased things my boss does.
I like my job and it's not fair to ruin it because of these and such people.
But how?
Lots of WTF moments coming up I'm sure....

Been a while

Not because we have nothing to say but kinda speechless at some point.
Making people work during CNY when it's not even that urgent!
Yet lied that she didn't do so.

Praising incompetent colleague via email and verbally.
WTF, I was the one who told him exactly what to do!
Not like I want the credit but such a small thing deserves a Great Job! email and her coming out to say WELL DONE?!! How low can her expectation be?

Sometimes, it gets tired to complain so much... like why don't I just leave right?
I want to.... oh well...

P.S. Stop wearing that ugly dress will you?

Convenient excuse

It used to be an opportunity that you should cherish if you are asked to do things that you are not supposed to.
Now, it's just because of ad sales.
How convenient.

And because it's just A LUNCH...

I got a shock when I was asked to go.
And more shocked when she disregarded my concerns.
To her, it's just a lunch and there are other occasions.
She actually had the cheek to say that in her face, that I was thinking too much, that the whole conversation will be in Cantonese and if she still wants to join.
Smart move. Making you say no so that it's not that she doesn't want to bring you but it's you who doesn't want to go.
Like seriously?
Are you that insensitive?
FYI, out of the 2hrs lunch, I only heard like 5 lines of Cantonese and they are not even in proper sentences.
Lousy excuse (or reason).
I can never really tell what you are thinking at times and I'm quite done trying.
I wish I can tell you and see you can or if you will fix this.
Although I doubt so.

so this was the reason why she's leaving the quieter one behind

when she supports her with all PR related stuff on a daily basis.

Have she considered how she would feel or is she so concerned

with how she is dressed. On this note, guess what she wore today?

Her 70s chocolate brown dress, the one that is NOT called a vintage

but rather orbit. Can someone tell her it's really really not cool to own it,

let alone wear it?

And back to why she brought one and leaves the other behind

we can't figure why. Whatever her motives were, i hope she will soon realize

it is important to consider her staff's feelings and not be so naive that we

will believe her silly reason. I mean excuses!

I hope this will not happen again because i am actually disgusted with 

how she handles this.
